Tap Into Our Influencer Network with Blogger Outreach

tap into our influencer network with blogger outreach from Stitchcraft MarketingIn just a few short years, we’ve developed a robust network of blogger & podcasters superstars who are eager to share your products with their fans! Our specialty lies in creating harmonious matchups for our clients by arranging product reviews, giveaways, guest blogs, project tutorials, blog tours, and even yarn support for original designs.

For many prospective clients, the ability to get their products into the hands of actual crafters who have a built-in fan base has eluded them. In today’s post, we’ll give you an overview of our program and how it works, as well as why it’s so important to tap key influencers in our industry.

What is Blogger Outreach?
We’ve created a VIP list of 60+ tried-and-true bloggers & podcasters with whom we have a working relationship. Each person on our list has been vetted to ensure that they meet our criteria for website stats, social media follows, and overall aesthetic. While impressive numbers are important, they aren’t the entire picture, however: our group of bloggers and podcasters range from “big fish” to “little fish” which have all proven themselves to be reliable, trustworthy and effective.

How It Works:
Every 3 months, we send out an offer email to our VIP list of bloggers and podcasters which showcases 1-2 products of your choosing which exemplify your brand’s story. We will work with you to determine which products will be the most enticing to our influencer network and will ensure that all of the product and company information, social media links and other important information is conveyed to the bloggers in one handy place. You will have final approval for this email before it is sent out to VIPs.

Bloggers will sign up for your offer via a custom Google Form, and we will send you their shipping info, site links and other pertinent information so that you can ship everything out all at once.

What Happens Next:
Over the next 2-3 months, bloggers will notify us via email when your review goes live. We will do our best to space things out over this time period, but do allow flexibility for bloggers within reason.

Why It’s Important:
Shoppers want to buy from someone they know, like and trust. In the fiber arts and craft world, a glowing mention of your product on a blog or podcast can often translate immediately into social media buzz and even sales, if you sell direct to consumer. It’s not enough for you to tell people that your product is amazing – peer recommendations are far more likely to drive the point across.

What if I Have Questions Along The Way?
We’re here for you! You can email us any time at outreach@stitchcraftmarketing.com if you have any questions about the status of your program with us.

Our staff will do their best to inform you in the event of the following:

  • A review is delayed significantly.
  • The product received is not as the blogger or podcaster expected.
  • The blogger or podcaster informs us that the product received is defective.

Those last two events are thankfully quite rare, but our goal is to ensure that bloggers truly enjoy the product they are working with (it’s good for both of you!). Moreover, if something is defective, this is an excellent “teaching moment” for their fans as the blogger or podcaster can describe your stellae customer service first-hand. This will allow them to purchase your products with confidence!

Join our Network of Influencers!
If you are blogger or podcaster with a love for fiber arts, sewing, and other crafts, we’d like to work with you! You’ll get easy access to our client roster for virtually everything you need to create. Our clients range from yarn manufacturers and distributors to makers of knitting needles, crochet hooks & notions; spinning fiber & fiber preparation tools; spinning equipment; weaving equipment; specialty wool & fabric wash & more.

get free stuff and join our team of bloggers at Stitchcraft MarketingSince we also manage the social media posting for most of these clients, we can guarantee you coverage on their channels when your review posts, provided you email a link to us. This is a great way to grow your social media channels and find new fans who will come back to view your blog or podcast regularly!

You must be social media savvy (and by that, we mean participating in 1-2 social media channels regularly with a solid following) and provide us with your blog stats. Impressive stats will, indeed, impress us, but we know that numbers aren’t the entire picture: a crisp, clean website or blog, great photos, engaging content, and a drive to learn, share and improve are also important pieces of the puzzle.

Hi my name is Samantha Lynn and I am the Digital Marketer at Lincraft. I was just inquiring as to how many of your blogger/influencers are situated within Australia? As this is the market we are in and would be wanting to attract customers in this country.

    Thanks,
    Samantha
