The Goal: Pokey Bolton hired Stitchcraft to put together a 3-month strategy plan for social to promote a 4-day crafting event in Napa, California. Our goal was to help fill her workshops and classes to within 90%.
The Strategy: Our tactics included segmenting her newsletter lists into prospects and registrants and to develop an autoresponder sequence to increase registrations. We also formulated a strategy plan and executed daily posting so that Pokey could free up her time for the other hats she wears!
The Result: By mid-December, 2016 Pokey had over 200 students registered for 33 workshop sessions and she was on track for our goal.
