The Goal: Garner greater attention for Feel Good’s SilverSpun yarn
The Strategy: Design a pattern that worked well with just one skein. Get it out to the masses!
The Result: Our talented in-house designer Mari Ciba created this clever pattern to utilize the conductive properties of SilverSpun yarn. She submitted “Connectivity Gloves” pattern to KNITTY.com which was accepted for the Deep Fall 2014 issue. Laurie Gonyea, owner of Feel Good Yarn Company told us that yarn sales were robust following this promotion. This project was part of our annual strategy for FGYC which resulted in a 75% growth in yarn sales for the year ending 2014.
Bonus Result: As part of our ongoing effort to cross collaborate within the Stitchcraft family of clients, we also worked with our other client, The Fibre Company to supply the accompanying yarn in this pattern resulting in a win-win for both yarn companies.
