About this Project
Goal: Koelnmesse launched their first American trade show in 2022. While Koelnmesse has been running the h+h cologne trade show successfully in Europe for over 40 years, h+h americas was the company’s debut offering in the craft industry in the United States. Therefore, the goal was to build brand awareness and reach potential vendors and attendees through a print media campaign.
Stitchcraft Marketing and h+h americas developed a print media marketing strategy plan to build brand awareness for the new show. Ads and features were placed in a number of print publications, but the biggest win was a featured advertorial in the Where Women Create publication. Stitchcraft Marketing worked with select vendors to create a cohesive piece that featured both written components and stunning visuals matching the magazine’s aesthetic and mission to create an anthology of the spaces that inspire women to create.
The advertorial was published in the Summer 2022 issue of Where Women Create and included 9 of the vendors at h+h americas. The magazine has a circulation of over 50K and reaches 75K followers on Instagram and over 150K followers on Facebook. The magazine also took a vendor booth at h+h americas and shared the feature issue with all attendees.
