The Goal: Assist Fairmount Fibers in launching new products through product reviews by influencers on social media.
The Strategy: Stitchcraft Marketing worked with its extensive reviewer and influencer network to connect the client to potential reviewers. Materials were sent to a select group, and the resulting reviews and social media posts were tracked and shared through company social media channels. The program is ongoing, reaching out to reviewers a few times a year as new products become available.
The Result: Many of the reviewers have gone on to design patterns with their review yarn and increase the client’s exposure to the knitting and crochet markets. The client has enjoyed an increase in its social media audience and receives valuable feedback from reviewers for continuous product improvement.
